Ticket are $60.00

That will get you into the Cash Bash and gets you a raffle number to be entered into the Cash Raffles throughout the days event.

Nope.

We have guest tickets available for $20.00 that offer entrance into the event.  (Note: the guest tickets Do NOT qualify for the cash raffles drawings)

Will there be ATM's available?
There will be at least 2 available ATM’s on the event grounds.
Where do the event proceeds go?
All proceeds for the 3-Alarm Cash Bash go directly to United Steam Fire Engine Company #3.
Do I have to be present to win?

Yes & No

Let us explain.

You do not need to be present to win any of the Non-Alarm hour bonuses. If your number is drawn and you are not at the event we will reach out to you and make sure you get the prize that is associated with your raffle number.

You do need to be present to win the Alarm hours bonuses that are above and beyond the standard prizes.  They are an add-on to the standard prize drawings and need to be claimed within 15mins of the drawing (more information on this see the Event Information Page).

What is the 3 Alarm Cash Bash?
The 3 Alarm Cash Bash is a fundraising event hosted by United Fire Company and held at the Great Frederick Fairgrounds.  All proceeds go directly back to United Fire Company #3 to help keep the station up and running.

The Cash Bash is a one day (afternoon to early evening) event with gaming tables &  live Cash prize drawings.  With two large buildings, plenty of outdoor space to hang out well enjoying live music, great food and fun it’s going to be a great day!

Only 999 tickets will be sold so your odds on winning are better then any lotto, bingo or scratch-off.  Be sure to get your tickets today!

Will there be food and beer?
YES!

You can buy a bottomless beer mug (price=$15.00)
We will have a large variety of food trucks with a full assortment of differentiating menus. (Food is not included in ticket price)

This looks like a long day will there be seating?
YES!

We will have chairs and tables set up throughout the event area.  Feel free to bring bag chairs to set up outside.

We are not responsible for lost of stolen items.

Is there a minimal ticket sale required?
YES!

With the size of the prize drawings we will require 670 tickets to be sold for the 3 Alarm Cash Bash to be held. If cancelled, all money will be refunded.

Are there any age requirments?
YES!

21 years of age …. PERIOD!  No exceptions!  We will be carding at the gate so be sure to bring your photo ID.

What happens if it rains?
The event will be held rain or shine! We have two buildings that can hold 900 people. All the gaming and drawings will be held inside.
What can I NOT bring into the event?
No coolers or picnic baskets
No outside food or beverages
No glass containers
No video cameras or Go Pros
No audio recording devices
No laptops or tablets
No professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses
No lasers or laser pointers
No drones
No aerosol cans
No whistles or air horns
No fireworks or explosives
No musical instruments of any kind
No bags, backpacks, draw-string bags, or duffle bags
No reusable water bottles or camelbaks
No weapons of any kind
No drugs or drug paraphernalia
No pets (with exception of service animals)
No gang-related colors or patches
No chains, chain wallets, or spikes
No unauthorized vending or advertising

What can bring into the event?
One factory-sealed bottle of water (20 oz max)
Cellphones
Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
Small, point-and-shoot digital camera
Hats and sunglasses
Earplugs
Vaporizer pens and E-cigarettes
Light blankets and towels
We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by the following:
– A small or medium sized clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag(maximum size: 12” x 6” x 12”)
– A clear one-gallon re-sealable zip top bag(maximum is freezer size: 10” x 12” x 2”)
– A clear or mesh drawstring bag

The only bags allowed are the bags that hold Bag Chairs (see example)
